Dr. Katie Meier, DACVIM (Cardiology) is a 2003 graduate of the UC Davis
School of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation she spent one year at
Texas A&M's Veterinary Teaching Hospital in a rotating internship. She then
completed a residency in Cardiology at the Matthew J Ryan Veterinary
Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. She completed board
certification in 2007 and is a Diplomate of the American College of
Veterinary Internal Medicine, subspecialty of Cardiology.
She has coauthored a book chapter and several veterinary journal articles. Her website is

echocardiograms, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends & dogs in
any outdoor endeavor. Other interests include cooking, wine tasting, and
trying to find the best barbecue joint in Texas.
